New tiled floors

Large format tiles
Larger tiles require careful handling, planning and substrate preparation. Tile dimensions, flatness requirements and access are considered when defining the scope.
Finishing details

Before work starts
Provide room measurements or plans, the tile supplier's product details and photos of the current surfaces. Discuss removal, floor preparation, skirtings, steps, niches and heating before confirming the quote. Wet-area waterproofing is a separate part of the system that must be coordinated with the tile finish. We agree setting-out and key visible details before installation starts.
